Refund & Return Policy

At YourGo/Tu, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 


 

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please email us at hola@yourgotu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 


 

Other Refund Requests

If your item is opened, used, or if you are requesting a refund for any reason outside of our standard return policy, please contact us directly at hola@yourgotu.com. We’re happy to work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened products.
